Literally just got my truck back. I will say this, they did great PDR work. As far as paint, they hired a 3rd party to do my work, before delivery they scratched my 2 side doors. They attempted to fix, they brought to me. Never painted the top of my truck, and the new hood and paint had bubbles and missing areas of paint. After Zach told me he noticed the bad work and new scratches on my top. Yet still delivered. A week later after it was supposed to be re painted by their actual in house painters…. It was not. They used 2000 grit sandpaper dry across my hood to try and fix it, then did the same on my top cab. Now my clear coat is peeling off the top. They broke both of the bed rail covers and tried to put them back on. They would not re-do the work again after dealing with Andrea. They threatened to take my truck back and put a legal hold on my truck through my insurance. Which insurance said they would not, but would not release my truck. In the end I got a 1,000 back which my insurance knows about, and is now being taken care of by them since my truck work needs to be done Professionally. I’ve got multiple videos of everything with them and their unprofessional way of treating customers. And the lack of taking ownership on such horrible paint work, and breaking stuff on my truck and not replacing it. Like I said I’ve got pictures and videos. I recommend staying away from them.
